Mbombela turns green and gold for Springbok test

MBOMBELA – Mbombela Stadium will be transformed into a sea of Green and Gold on Saturday 21 June when the Springboks face Wales at one of South Africa’s wildest venues.
Kickoff starts at 15:00 with South Africa gunning for a second victory in the two match incoming series against Wales. South Africa won the first test at Kings Park in Durban in convincing fashion with a 38-16 victory.
Wales on the other will be looking to upset the apple cart and worm their way to a win in Mbombela. Either way it makes for an enthralling contest that simply cannot be missed.
Ticket prices range from R200-R600 depending upon availability and seat location. Tickets can be purchased from any Computicket outlet or on their online website. Tickets can also be purchased from KLCBT (Kruger Lowveld Chamber of Business and Tourism) offices and the Mbombela stadium from 08:00-16:00.
Mbombela Stadium will provide paid Park-&-Ride services and tickets can be bought at Computicket or the Stadium Ticket Office for R15 per person. It is recommended that spectators make use of the Park-&-Ride services. Free overflow public parking is provided at the P2 parking lot west of the stadium. Security and lighting is provided as well as a complementary bus service to the stadium.
Food and beverages will be available at the stadium and no food or beverages will be permitted inside the stadium past the turnstile entrances and the SAB beer garden area. Private drinks and picnic baskets are welcome outside the turnstile entrances and only gas braais will be permitted.
Springbok fans are invited to get a glimpse of their favourite players during an open training session today at 15:30.
