Mud, muscles and camaraderie galore

The Dashing Diva OCR event, in collaboration with TwoRedPens Marketing Agency and Core360, was exactly that.

Dashing organisation by a skilled team got everything done in record time to treat the participating divas to a fun-filled day of camaraderie.

On Saturday, notwithstanding the prediction of rain after a wet week, the almost 160 women arrived bursting with enthusiasm and like ladies do, brought the sunshine with them.

With enough mud created in advance by nature, it was guaranteed that participants would get down and dirty, whether as a warrior princess, daring diva or queen bee.

The obstacles, appropriately called, “Shopping spree boot camp”, “Cougar crawl”, “Down and dirty”, and “Cookie cracker” to name but a few, guaranteed a few giggles and straight-from-the-tummy laughs.

Most likely the biggest motivation for the ladies was the handsome marshals who carried, pulled or pushed the ladies through obstacles. From the brave to elegant, the plastic came off as they crawled, jumped, walked or ran this fun course.

The success of the first-ever Dashing Divas presents the organisers with no alternative but to get cracking on the next event.
