Well-known trainer preps for Warrior Race
Owner and professional trainer of Core 360, Chaz Taylor (32) is prepping for the Toyota Warrior Race at Kwanyoni Lodge this weekend.
Chaz will be doing his third Black-Ops Elite on Sunday. He has done 10 Black Ops before.
His greatest concern for preparing for the Warrior Race, is to have a balance between strength and fitness.
