Two women trapped in vehicle following fatal Pretoria accident

Netcare911 paramedics attended the scene of a fatal accident, which occurred on the N1 South near the R21 split in Pretoria at around 12pm on Saturday, to find two women were trapped in a light motor vehicle.
A statement on the Netcare911 Facebook page stated that the two women had already died when paramedics arrived on the scene.
It is believed that an SUV and a light motor vehicle collided but Netcare911 said the exact details as to the cause of the accident remained a subject for police investigation.
“The women were declared dead on scene by Netcare911 paramedics. No other injuries were reported on scene,” said Netcare911.
