Cassper Nyovest receives cash injection from Standard Bank to fill up FNB

The partnership includes an undisclosed amount of money, marketing support through radio spots and social media advertising.

Singer Cassper Nyovest is a step closer towards realising his dream of filling up Africa’s biggest stadium, the FNB Stadium, in Nasrec outside Soweto, on December 20, 2017

In the lead up to Cassper Nyovest’s much-anticipated concert this coming Saturday, Standard Bank has jumped on board to support one of South Africa’s most inspirational young artists by partnering with him.

The concert is billed as the biggest event this summer, and aims to attract about 75 000 music-loving South Africans from all walks of life.

“In May, Standard Bank asked South Africans ‘What’s Your Next?’, and we made a commitment to come along for the journey,” said Tinyiko Mageza, head or retail marketing at Standard Bank.

“Cassper Nyovest has challenged young South Africans to unapologetically chase their next big dreams, their next big deals and their next big wins, and we are inspired and excited to be part of this adventure. For Standard Bank it doesn’t matter where your NEXT may happen or how big it may seem, we really just want to be a partner as you steer your life to greatness,” Mageza added.

The partnership includes an undisclosed amount of money, marketing support through repurposing Standard Banks billboard holdings, radio spots and social media paid-for advertising. Standard Bank has also targeted current and potential customers alike with ticket giveaways.
