Funeral proceedings were under way when an all-male church choir started singing. Their singing was so good and there was such a catchy beat that an old man stepped forward to stand on his own and be closer to the choir.
In a video circulating on social media, this old mkhulu really felt the rhythm and started dancing, while the choir members only swayed from side to side. As the song continued, mkhulu started moving his arms and really getting down, leaving most eyewitnesses surprised and highly amused.
We are not sure if those crutches on the ground are his, but he’s the only one who’s close to them. Based on his dance moves, he may not even need them any more. Hallelujah! Music heals!
