Roevan currently trains at Close Combat Solutions in Potchefstroom and wanted to give something back to the community. He enjoys working with the youngsters and combines his own anti-bullying programme, fitness routines for strength and the conditioning that he has tried and tested for the past 15 years to coach the children.
‘I have been a coach in multiple sports for schools and I know how to get through to children. I also want to give some exposure to Mosaic SA, the charity that gave me the opportunity. And, to Team Daly, without you I wouldn’t be able to do this,’ he says.
