Municipality apologises for water shutdown

The J.B. Marks municipality has apologised to residents of Ikageng.

 Technical Services are still working on repairing a damaged water hydrant at the corner of Nkosi & Modiboa Streets.

“Water flowed all over the streets, resulting in the municipality having to implement an emergency water shutdown in order for repairs to take place”, Jeanette Tshite, Acting communication manager explained,

The Municipality further asks members of the community to bear with them as they are committed to ensuring that the water supply is restored.
