Jomo Cosmos’s run of three victories in a row was halted by Cape Town All Stars after a 0-0 draw at the Olën Park Stadium last Sunday.
The Cape Town-based side came into the game with a poor run of form that has seen them placed 15th on the NFD log.

The home side, Cosmos, will take heart from a battling performance that earned them a point that puts them in second place – four points behind table-topping Thanda Royal Zulu. Igugu Lekapa’s record against Cosmos is not good as Ezenkosi beat the Capetonians 3-0 in the 2014/15 season. Cosmos will now switch their attention to Wednesday’s game against Stellenbosch FC, who was victorious against Amazulu on Sunday.

Unfortunately, Cosmos might not have Tebogo Tlolane who suffered what looked like a leg injury.
My man of the match was Matsilele Sono, I award him a 7/10.
