The former North West star goal-attack, Renske Stoltz was on the winning Gauteng team and her goal and play on the court were a big contributor to Gauteng’s success. NW’s u.21 team were crowned champions after an impressive tournament where they played consistent, quality netball.

They beat Gauteng 44-36 in the final to claim a well-deserved   title. North West’s first team, on the other hand, did not have the best tournament and should’ve done better with the quality of players they have at their disposal.

NW only finished fourth, although Romé Dreyer continued her good run of form. She took the individual honour of being named the best centre court player of the championships.
