The 2019 Varsity Netball tournament heads into the business stage this coming Monday (30 September 2019) when the North-West University and UP-Tuks clash in a semi-final encounter in Pretoria. Tuks will be the favourites going into the match.

They have cruised through the group stages with an unbeaten record and have a home ground advantage.
The NWU has struggled of late and managed to secure fourth place on the log with three defeats along the way.
The last time these two sides met, Tuks got the upper hand in a tight encounter (46–43) and the NWU can take heart that they can compete with the Pretoria women.
This encounter will begin at 19:00 on Monday, 30 September and is broadcast live on Supersport 10 (210).
