Five of the top North West Dragons women players are included in the Proteas women squad for their ODI and T20 International series against Pakistan this week.

Anneke Bosch, Lizelle Lee, Masabata Klaas, Tazmin Brits and Tumi Sekhukhune are the players selected to perform in the green and gold in Durban from 20 January until 3 February.

The SA squad features the same tried and tested players who have become household names in the SA sporting landscape, like Laura Wolvaardt, Sune Luus (captain), Mignon du Preez and Shabnim Ismail among others.
Pakistan should provide a good test for the Proteas on home soil in their first international matches since the Covid-19 outbreak. All matches will be played behind closed doors.
