NWU Eagles’ towering lock, Malembe Mpofu, has impressed all and sundry with his performances thus far in the 2021 Varsity Cup.

This has directly led to him signing a brand new two-year deal with the Pumas. The news was posted on social media this past week.

Mpofu signed with NWU at the end of 2019, after formerly representing the University of Johannesburg.
Mpofu has a bright future ahead of him and this signing is just another stepping stone in furthering his career.
