Amelia Centre residents participated in Potchefstroom Country Club (PCC) Bowls special disability awareness day at the greens on Wednesday, 24 November. The clubs host this day as part of their annual disability month awareness. Once again, the fun and excitement could not be contained at this event.

The Amelia residents do not always get an opportunity to compete in bowls, but they showed the inclusiveness of the sport with some fine performances on the green. PCC would like to thank various sponsors, Beulah le Grange (Amelia Centre), management and club members of PCC for their assistance on the day and Gawie and Laetitia Wolvaard for the arrangements.
