The New Zealand All Black u.19 team are in Potchefstroom today and are gearing up for a clash against the Leopards u.19 team at Olen Park at 16:00 today (Thursday, 29 September).
The team is staying at the NWU Sport Village during their visit to Potchefstroom in preparation for today’s match. They also took a team photo at the Fanie du Toit Sport Grounds yesterday.
The Herald spoke to NZ u.19 captain, Sam Hainsworth-Fa’aofo to hear his thoughts about today’s game.
“It’s been pretty cool to travel to SA and to play against tough and big physical sides. We have enjoyed staying in Potch. SA in general has been really good to us. We are looking forward to playing fast high tempo rugby against the Leopards and just sticking to our game plan and style of play,” stated Hainsworth-Fa’aofo.

Hainworth-Fa’aofo was named the Auckland Rugby Union Club Rookie of the Year this season after impressive performances for Grammar Tec Rugby.
Potchefstromers can be sure to expect a fantastic game of rugby this afternoon with local Leopards players sure to go the extra mile in this huge opportunity against NZ’s next generation of All-Black talents.
