Hoëveld Hengelklub hou prysuitdeling

Die Hoëveld Hengelklub in Potchefstroom se jaar het met ‘n prysuitdeling begin wat op 8 Februarie op Stilfontein gehou is. Die klubkampioene is Ruandré Roux (mans), Adriaan Stoltz (junior) en Deanette Groenewald (vroue).
Die bestuurspan van Hoëveld Hengelklub is Piet Botha, Boeta van der Merwe, Bes Bezuidenhout, Ruandrè Roux en Jacques Fox (weegbeampte).
Die toekennings vir grootste moddervis is aan Piet Botha oorhandig. Boeta van der Merwe het die grootste baber gevang, Jaco Marais die grootste graskarp en Hendri van der Nescht die grootse karp.
