Church opens its doors in Bhekulwandle

His Will Family Church now occupies the old Church of the Nazarene building on Seed of Hope's property in Bhekulwandle.

HIS Will Family Church, dedicated to building a faith-centred community focused on spiritual growth and family support, officially opened its doors in Bhekulwandle.

After spending months in prayer meetings and refining the church’s vision, mission and values, Reverend Sibongiseni Robert Dlamini and his co-leaders welcomed friends, family, pastors and leaders from nearby churches and organisations to the official launch event on November 2.

The journey began in June, when Dlamini and his wife, Khethiwe, along with their spiritual child, Thabo Sithebe and his wife Thola, held Sunday morning prayer gatherings in their homes.

Through these gatherings and a series of prophetic words, they felt called to establish a church that would serve as a spiritual and community anchor.

His Will Family Church co-leader, Reverend Sibongiseni Robert Dlamini, gives a talk at the launch.

His Will Family Church now occupies the old Church of the Nazarene building on Seed of Hope’s property, which has not been used in years. During his speech, Dlamini shared that he grew up and served at this church, before serving at others and eventually finding his way back to where it all began.

“Our vision statement is, ‘We seek to help all people experience a real encounter with God’s love, to live for His purposes in our communities and lead a life that makes a meaningful impact in the world.’”

The church aims to be a model of God’s kingdom, providing both spiritual and social support to community members and partnering with local groups, including Seed of Hope and iCare Child and Youth Centre, to bring meaningful change.

“God has purposely placed us in between these two organisations to work hand-in-hand to fulfill the vision God has given each of them. We are dedicated to strengthening families and impacting our community with the message of the gospel,” said Dlamini.

The church’s gatherings include a Sunday service at 09:00, a Wednesday prayer meeting at 18:00, and a youth gathering on Fridays at 17:00. For more information, call 083 716 7869.
