Toti girls come out tops

The team’s coach, Zenzo Ncube, said they won the first four group stage games and then went on to win the semi-finals and the finals against Legacy Ladies FC, beating them on penalties after a 2-2 draw.

“The girls played well, considering they only started pre-season training a week ago. Their fitness levels were amazing; they played a good brand of football carrying on from where they left off last season,” said Ncube.

Last season the Toti girls were on fire, obliterating competitors with wide margin scores. This season, Ncube wants to continue building on that cohesiveness that makes the team gel well.

The club encourages more girls to join and be part of their success. Training days and times are Wednesdays and Fridays from 17:15 to 18:45. League and cup games are played on Sundays.
