Agustina can be dancingwithjackson

Some tough racing for the punters lies ahead at Greyville tonight but there are some betting opportunities if one is willing to take a risk.

Dancingwithjackson showed a bit of promise early on in his career and has always looked better than a one-time winning status.

Putting blinkers up two starts back seems to have got the Seventh Rock gelding to concentrate and his last two runs have suggested he could pop up and win a race soon.

Dancingwithjackson was badly drawn in both of those runs and he may not have to work hard to get the lead this time and it is possible he keeps going to win the lucky last race, a MR 70 Handicap over 1400m.

The Paul Lafferty-trained Agustina put up a decent debut and the drop in trip may not be ideal but she has a chance of opening the night on a positive note by winning Race 1.

Trainer Sean Tarry looks to hold a strong hand in Race 3, a MR 90 Handicap over 1000m with his two entrants Arabian National and Silence Descends.

Arabian National made all and won comfortably over this course and distance in his latest and may be the more suited of Tarry’s pair to this quick 1000m.

Most people will be considering banking Willoughton in Race 4 in most of their exotics.

The Doug Campbell-trained four-year-old was touched off late in his last start and now gets the services of Anton Marcus.

Another yard in good form is that of Andre Nel and Prof Tiger who runs in Race 7. He was full of running when winning earlier this month.

It was his first run in blinkers and after a lengthy break.
