Let’s go get it and put it on

The Bankable filly Let’s Go Get It did well at a big price last time out and she could be worth going for in Race 6, a FM 76 Handicap over 1600m at Kenilworth today.

After two modest runs to start her career Let’s Go Get it was stepped up in trip and that was clearly the right thing to do as she improved.

Her maiden win in March this year over Playboy Buddy was a narrow one but Playboy Buddy has won twice since then so it clearly is decent enough form.

Her last fourth behind Captain’s Flame when only 3.25 lengths back indicated another win was not too far away.

Jockey Donovan Dillon gets his first try aboard this three-year-old filly.

Richard Fourie and Justin Snaith make a formidable team when together and Entrechat clearly cannot be dismissed out of hand.

Entrechat may be at her best over further than this 1600m trip though.

Fourie and Snaith could get to off to a winning start with Cock-A-Hoop in Race 1 but it may pay to be with I Travel Light.

This Mambo In Seattle colt needed his debut outing and is sure to be a lot smarter this time.

Glen Kotzen-trained Dark Force in Race 2 has improved with each start and the horse who beat him, Table Bay, has won again since.

It is a weak field and Captain Marmalade needs to do a bit more than his third place finish behind Castlewood.

Kenny Trix and Go Marty Go could still improve and be involved in the places.

Kenny Trix represents the much in-form Vaughan Marshall yard.
