The back and forth by the Premier Soccer League, South African Football Association (Safa) and the Ministry of Sport, Arts & Culture on whether the local league should resume or not is tiring.

Each week the heads of these bodies go on record in an interview about a meeting they were in to try and find a way to play the remaining games so we can crown the league champions, giving false hope to everyone hoping for the 2019/2020 season to rescue them from watching old Cup games courtesy of SuperSport TV.
