I learn from Rama G and Ndoro – Shalulile
Highlands Park striker, Peter Shalulile doesn’t look at his fellow yet more experienced striking partners at the club as competition, but rather as big brothers he needs to emulate.

Shalulile was the main man in terms of getting goals for the Lions of the North before they brought in Tendai Ndoro last season and Rodney “RamaG” Ramagalela this season. He told Phakaaathi that the duo has helped him improve his game.
“As a striker, you always want to win the top scorer award, and it takes hard work. But I have the likes of Ndoro and Ramagalela who are there to assist me because they have been in the game longer. Mine is to learn from them. They have told me to always go for it and enjoy my game and do my best all the time,” said the 25-year-old Namibian striker.
He said Highlands have set to make better on their seventh position finish from last season and adding a trophy would be a nice bonus for the team. The Lions of the North meet Polokwane City in an MTN8 semifinals first leg at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
“All I am playing for is for the team to do better. We want to do better than how we did last season. If the goals come then that’s great but the first priority for me is the team. I have to make sure that the team is in a good position on the log and win trophies.”
