It’s Mashaba versus Sundowns at PSL today

The Premier Soccer League will today hear the case between Mamelodi Sundowns and Mzikayise Mashaba.

Mashaba was released from his contract by Sundowns allegedly due to bad behaviour, arriving late for training and not showing up at times.

The left back’s agent Tim Sukazi, however, has denied this saying the player still has a contract with the club and that it will end in June of 2018.
In return, Sukazi accuses Sundowns of not paying Mashaba his salary.

“Mashaba was paid in September but he didn’t receive his salary last month from Sundowns. There are other things that I can’t discuss and that I will only mention in the hearing (on Thursday),” Sukazi told Isolezwe.

Sundowns Communications manager Thulani Thuswa says he is unaware of the case against the club by the player.

“This is the first time I hear of this, all I know is that Mzi is no longer with Sundowns,” Thuswa is quoted as saying by Isolezwe.
