Letsholonyane and TV presenter wed in secret
SuperSport United midfielder Reneilwe Letsholonyane and long-time lover Mpho Maboi got hitched over the past weekend.

Maboi, who works for the SABC as a sports anchor and radio presenter, told her co-hosts on Friday morning she was officially Mrs Letsholonyane.

Speaking on the Fresh Breakfast show hosted by DJ Fresh, Somizi Mhlongo, Angie Khumalo and Maboi, the sports anchor told the listeners that she has been married to the footballer for a week now.

After the sports bulletin DJ Fresh mentioned Letsholonyane: “My best sporting moment for the year was seeing you and hubby to be on the TV screen together,” referring to a post-match interview after a SuperSport United game where Maboi spoke to Letsholonyane.

“He is not hubby to be he is my husband,” Maboi replied to DJ Fresh. Khumalo and DJ Fresh were surprised and congratulated Maboi and Letsholonyane.
“You guys missed nothing, its done [we are married] my relationship is not a public relationship, I belong to Ntate Letsholonyane [I belong to Mr Letsholonyane].”

Maboi suggested that they could have a big celebration, although she didn’t say when it will happen.
“You were not invited to this one because the one that you will get invited to is still coming,” said Maboi on Metro FM.
