Former Pirates striker begins repair job at FS Stars

The 25-year-old was once seen as a future Bafana star but perhaps his move away from Stars was a little hurried and it didn't do his career any favours.


Former Orlando Pirates midfielder, Sello Japhta is focusing on rebuilding his career at Free State Stars, where it all started for him.

Japhta had an unsuccessful stay at the Buccaneers and was then shipped off to Chippa United where things didn’t go well.

“He is now back at Stars and is doing well. He has to adjust to the pace of the National First Division (GladAfrica Championship). But he looks sharp and he has put everything behind him and is looking to the furture,” said a source.
