Thanda striker dreams of Chiefs
Thanda Royal Zulu striker Mhlengi Cele is keen on a move to Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs.
A source has told Phakaaathi that Cele has told his friends that if the sale of Thanda’s Premiership status to AmaZulu happens, he will not be part of that deal.
“He wants to fulfil his dream of playing in the Soweto derby and is aware that Amakhosi have been tracking him for a while. He is very keen on the move and if Chiefs approached him, he would jump,” said the source.

The source added that Cele has been telling friends that he feels he can fit in well at Chiefs because of the style of football they play. Cele scored 19 goals for Amabhubesi last season and finished just one goal behind the division’s top scorer Sedwyn George.
