Pirates’ Caf Champions League opponents arrive in SA

Zimbabwean outfit FC Platinum have arrived in South Africa in preparation for their Caf Champions League clash with Orlando Pirates.

A 20-man squad flew to South Africa with the club’s technical staff for the match which will kick off at 8pm at the Orlando Stadium on Friday night.

It is said that the reason why Platinum arrived early was to watch Pirates take on Bloemfontein Celtic tonight.

Pirates are currently third in the group with five points, two behind Horoya, while Platinum are at the bottom of the group with only one point after four games.
