Seema hoping to stay at Celtic

By Phakaaathi Reporter

Celtic has suffered to defeat in 2017 after returning from the Africa Cup of Nations break, starting with a 1-0 loss to Mamelodi Sundowns and a 2-1 hiding from Golden Arrows.

“We did not have a good start after losing our first two matches, but I am optimistic that we will achieve our goals. I think I will continue with my job until the end of the season, and we will take everything from there,” the former Orlando Pirates captain said.

“I am positive that the club will do well in the next matches. For now our target is to stave off relegation. From there we will try to push for a top-eight finish.”

He continued: “We need a lethal striker. I will try to see if we can get someone who is a free agent to solve our goal-scoring woes.”
