Adam was hired 14 months ago to help Pirates strikers to be clinical and score more goals.
Following a goalless draw against Maritzburg United on Tuesday night, some Pirates fans slammed Adam, saying he is not helping the club’s strikers with converting the chances that they have created during games.
Pass or fail?
It’s been 14 months since Orlando Pirates appointed a Finishing Coach. As fans, would you say he is making a difference?

Such a Coach word be more effective in the development program rather than the 1st team.
Should be brushing up on skills rather than learning them in the 1st team.

Some things cannot be solved by coaching but are psychological. It’s like blaming a GK coach when a team concedes goals meanwhile he does everything possible to help the GK to improve. That’s not the coaches fault so same story here. Bucs players need to learn to be patient IOG
