Batie de Wet – Managing Director:

Batie de Wet has 37 years of proven experience and success in practising law with passion and dedication. As the Managing Director of DLNM, she wears many hats to ensure the success and sustainability of both the firm, clients and business partners.
Batie has a broad range of expertise in various areas of the law, including: Family Law, Estate Planning, Litigation, Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Road Accident Fund Claims, Estate Planning and Wills & Trusts.
Batie has an impressive list of qualifications within the law fraternity which include an LLB law degree. She was admitted as an Attorney, Notary, Conveyancer and Mediator. Batie was also appointed as an Advocate and can boast with a Cum Laude diploma in Labour Law, a Masters degree in Estate Planning and a Doctorate in Counselling.

Maureen de Wet – Director:

Maureen de Wet heads up DLNM’s Conveyancing, Real Estate and Bond department with an unrivalled spirit for client service excellence. This live wire is at the helm of the team that supports the daily efficient running of the department.
With 21 years’ experience as an Attorney and Conveyancer, Maureen specialises in the transfer of immovable property, registration of mortgage bonds, notarial bonds, servitudes and also assists clients with antenuptial contracts.
She is a dynamic, professional law expert and believes in building strong client relationships and ensures that new homeowners leave the practice happy and content.
Her qualifications include an LLB law degree, and she was admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer.
