Three injured in two separate vanderbijl single-vehicle rollovers

VANDERBIJLPARK.- Three people were injured, two seriously, in two separate single-vehicle rollovers in the Vanderbijlpark area.

According to ER24 in the first incident, a 50-year-old male suffered serious injuries after rolling his vehicle at the traffic circle on Westinghouse and Playfair Boulevards.

ER24 paramedics were on the scene at around 22:30 last night.

“The patient was treated using Advanced Life Support interventions before being transported to Mediclinic Emfuleni for further care.”

 

According to ER24 in the second incident, a man in his 30s suffered serious injuries and a 23-year-old female suffered minor injuries in another single-vehicle rollover on the R57, Vanderbijlpark, early on Saturday morning.

ER24 paramedics were on the scene at around 3:30 am.

‘The two passengers had managed to extract themselves from the light-motor-vehicle, which was found on it’s roof. The male patient was treated using Advanced Life Support interventions before both were transported to hospital for further care. The driver of the vehicle is alleged to have absconded from the scene.”
