Two-year-old kidnapped

BOIPATONG – Police in Boipatong are urgently seeking assistance after a terrifying abduction of a two-year-old boy happened on Wednesday afternoon, November 13.

This comes after Kutlwano Shalaba was snatched from his mother in broad daylight when they [mother and son] were jumping off from a taxi in Tshirela, near Dr. Nhlapo stop sign.

According to police spokeswoman, Sergeant Thembeka Maxambela, Keneiwe Shalaba (32) mother of the missing boy claims her son was snatched by three unknown men driving in a silver-grey VW Polo.

The said men seized Kutlwano and sped off, leaving the distraught mother helpless.

The child was wearing a brown pants, white top and black takkies. The parents reported the incident to the police. A case of kidnapping has been opened at Boipatong police station and investigation is underway.
