MEYERTON – Riverstone Mall brought festive joy to children from two local children’s homes with a heart-warming Christmas celebration that combined good food, thoughtful gifts and strong community support.

Children from the Lerato Child and Youth Care Centre and the Deo Gratia Children’s Home were recently treated to a special outing at Riverstone Mall, where they enjoyed pizza at Panarottis and received Christmas gifts from Santa Claus.

The initiative followed a call by the mall to its shoppers to donate gifts, and within less than a month enough presents were collected to ensure that every child was included.

With the support of several tenants, the mall hosted a joyful Christmas party filled with laughter, food and festive spirit.

Each child received the gift they had wished for, as well as an additional surprise, making the evening especially memorable.
