SASOLBURG. – HTS Sasolburg is proud of its ten athletes that performed exceptionally well at the Multigreen Free State Athletics Top 10 event against some of the top schools in the Free State.

The Spanners’s boys team finished second in the big schools division and ouclassed the like of Goudveld, HTS Louis Botha, SHS and Witteberg.

The Spanners are proud of Zhain Applegreen (gold medal – 100m boys u/19; gold – long jump) , Lerato Mofokeng (5th place -1100m hurdles boys  u/15), , Mofiki Zwane (bronze medal – 200m boys u/19; 4th place 110m), Tsibela Mphuti (gold medal – high jump boys u/15), Allesandro Nel (three gold medals – 110m hurdles boys u/19; 200m and realy), Samuele Molibeli (silver – triple jump and bronze – triple jump boys u/19), Amogeleng Mootane (silver – long jump boys u/15) and Thapelo Neshunzi (silver – 110m hurdles boys u/17 and 200m boys).
