VANDERBIJLPARK. – NWU Vaal’s Karateka showed their mettle at the recent All South Africa Karate Classic 2023 which was hosted by the Gauteng Nakamura Branch.

The Karateka from the Vaal who earned podium places are: Barica Mohal (1st place: Full Contact Kumite under 55kg), Phineas Matlhatsi (2nd place: Full Contact Kumite under 60kg), and Thomas Tsokolibane (3rd place: Full Contact Kumite under 55kg).
