VANDERBIJLPARK. – Local marathon runner Rose Jijana went from strength to strength after winning the Rand Water Vaal River City Marathon.
She led the Vaal’s charge at the South African 10km Championship by finishing fourth at the SA 10km Championships in the age group 40-49. She also finished 4th in the SAMA category and earned the 4th ladies’ team prize in the open category.
