Go big on theses 40 lots or go home

Aucor Property has announced that its next multiple auction will be held on November 12 at noon at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Rosebank.

The auction will feature an array of 40 lots and is set to be one of the biggest the company will hold this year. Headlining the retail and industrial sectors is a multi-level retail and industrial building known as Lanston Corner which is located in Robertsham on the corners of Jasper, Lanston and Kindon Roads.

John Hislop, business development executive for Aucor Property comments, “Lanston Corner is a newly renovated four storey building featuring a top floor mezzanine level. Currently the building is partially tenanted with anchor tenants including the Robertsham Post Office and London Pie. Due to the relatively new redevelopment, new tenants have the opportunity to custom design their space requirements.”

Situated in the well-established industrial node of Robertsham to the south of the Johannesburg CBD, this building is zoned for Industrial 1 on three erven measuring a total of 2577m2.

The property enjoys easy access to the M1 and N2 highways and is further serviced by various primary and secondary arterials including Alamein and Webb Road, Kliprivier Drive and Xavier Street. The prime location means that the property benefits from the approximately 2000 vehicles passing by daily. Added to this is the development of the Rea Vaya Network, where the BRT will run along the Soweto Highway, the Pat Mbatha Bus and taxiway. The BRT stations are situated close to the Robertsham area.

Spread over four floors, the building has a GLA of 6860m2 and offers a variety of configurations.
