Inside Siya and Rachel Kolisi’s Cape Town holiday trip
Siya, Rachel and the Kolisi family have headed to Cape Town to enjoy some down time.

With the year coming to an end, everyone has slowed down and taken some down time to relax and spend some quality time with their families, and Springbok rugby captain Siya Kolisi is one of them.
The rugby star took to social media over the past weekend to post a picture of himself and his wife, Rachel Kolisi, posing in front of their car parked outside of their home, with the caption: “Holiday time.”

On Wednesday, Kolisi uploaded a video of himself on Instagram getting super pampered at a spa, where we see him getting a full facial treatment and then ending off his spa day with a manicure.
“To all the men that do facials and fingers and toes stuff, you are selfish for not telling others how good it is!
“Thank you Meraki Aesthetics Cape Town for this amazing experience, see you tomorrow lol I even got the ironman mask on,” said the captain in the caption.
During the family holiday, the Kolisis also headed over to The Green Mile where they played a game of touch rugby.
The 30-year-old father of two posted a series of pictures and videos of his family stretched out over the rugby field, tossing a rugby ball to each other.
Rachel and Siya’s daughter, who recently turned four years old, was also seen running around the field, and jumping for joy occasionally as she was happy to be a part of the family rugby game.
