‘Don’t bash it till you try it’: Enhle Mbali now a Crocs lover

By Asanda Mbayimbayi

It appears that South African Actress Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa is experimenting with a fresh fashion style, which might involve her trying out a brand new pair of shoes she hasn’t worn before.

Enhle has an interesting tale to tell about her recent fashion exploration, particularly involving the “Crocs” shoes she recently purchased. Surprisingly, she quickly became a fan of these shoes.

What are Crocs?

Crocs started in 2002 when Scott Seamans, Lyndon Duke Hanson, and George Boedecker discovered these unique shoes on a Caribbean boating trip. They thought the design was special and wanted to share it with people.

The Croc shoes have 13 holes in each pair. These holes help air circulate and remove extra moisture, keeping the shoes fresh.

Croc shoes are currently a popular fashion choice in South Africa, being worn by both children and adults for various occasions.

Therefore, Enhle made it clear to her fans that she wasn’t going to miss out on the fashion trend. She snapped a photo of herself on Instagram wearing a pair of these shoes.

Enhle’s story

As she shared the story of how she came to own a pair of Croc shoes, Enhle described it like this:

“I was on set once and made fun of my industry mom Connie_ferguson ‘s shoes (the dreadful croc’s I said at the time).

“She would repeatedly tell me “there is no shoes more comfortable than them” . ( being a style monger I was not hearing it) … in my free time I would keep seeing the store , and curiosity grew .

“I finally bought a pair last year ( ended up getting my boys croc’s too, as I could not be the only one living in comfort) so Ausi Connz. I publicly declare you were right – moral of the story don’t bash it till you tried it,” She wrote on her post.

Other celebrities who wear Croc shoes

These shoes are comfy and appropriate for various situations, whether you’re going out or staying in, and many celebrities are giving them a try.
