One of Mzansi’s fave couples, Phelo Bala and Moshe Ndiki, have taken their romance to the next level. The loved-up couple first made their relationship Instagram official in January this year and have been serving goals since then.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday night, they both shared the exciting news with their fans. Moshe was in a state of disbelief when he revealed that Phelo had popped the question.
“Didn’t even do my nails (not that I do them) but wtf? He proposed,” Moshe captioned a snap of his ring.
Phelo was ecstatic that Moshe had accepted his proposal.
The news comes just days after Phelo and Moshe bagged a nomination at the Feather Awards for cutest couple. The annual awards ceremony, which has been running for 11 years, aims to highlight issues and celebrate the LGBTQI+ community.
Phelo and Moshe’s moms have also been nominated in the rainbow parenting category.
Moshe who was also announced as one of the hosts told SowetanLIVE that their moms were more than deserving of the awards.
“Our moms deserve to win the most, we will always be a cute couple. What they are doing is really inspiring and I don’t even think they are aware of it, because being a mother, loving and caring comes so natural to them,” Moshe said.
