Bonang slayed the red carpet as usual in a nude gown, she looked flawless but as much as no one can fault her style, the dress she wore was the usual mermaid, sheer look that we’ve become so accustomed to seeing.
Her former bestie, Somizi was unique in a trendy look which was inspired by Zulu attire. The outfit was fashion forward and made him stand out. Disappointingly Saftas host Thando Thabethe wore a nude coloured dress as well, the princess style cut was very safe, Thando is set to make numerous outfit changes throughout the awards evening.
Singer KB made a surprise appearance on the red carpet, she previously acted in Rhythm City and hasn’t been seen on screens since. Clad in a black and green gown, KB looked great, it seems she is staging a comeback by attending an event filled with film industry professionals.
Singer Amanda Black attended the awards too, she is expected to perform. Not much can be said for her outfit but since she is a newcomer to the entertainment industry, perhaps she will start taking fashion seriously soon.
