Somizi and AKA’s beef going strong: the Idols judge says he blocked the rapper
The Idols judge flaunted a BMW while in Los Angeles that is similar to the one he has back home.

This prompted comments from people on Twitter that Somizi was taking shots at AKA, who had just revealed his BMW i8 over the weekend.
In his post, Somizi says his lifestyle remains the same wherever he is in the world.
Somizi and AKA are the only local celebrities who own the car, which is worth about R2 million.
When asked if he knew AKA had just bought the same car he had, Somizi responded that he wasn’t aware.
“Wow, I didn’t know. I don’t follow him. I’ve actually blocked him. So I guess it’s a coincidence.”
Somizi and AKA started their own beef after the rapper pushed Somizi into a glass door last year. He was apparently retaliating on behalf of Bonang, who was once best friends with him.
Bonang and Somizi broke off their friendship after he sided with Euphonik and became friends with him despite him allegedly being a witness to Euphonik’s alleged physical abuse on Bonang. This was detailed in Bonang’s book, From A to B, with her saying that was what ended their friendship for good.
Somizi and Euphonik have since served Bonang with legal papers, asking her to remove their names from her memoir.
