One Direction tickets on sale today!

Tickets for One Direction’s SA leg of their worldwide tour will go on sale at 9am today.


The world’s biggest band announced their worldwide concert tour, which includes three stadium shows for South Africa in 2015.

The group – Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, Zayne Malik and Niall Horan – was formed on the British version of the X Factor, and made it to the top three. Now they’re headed to South Africa.

The South African tour dates are:

  • Johannesburg: Saturday 28 March 2015 at FNB Stadium
  • Johannesburg: Sunday 29 March 2015 at FNB Stadium
  • Cape Town: Wednesday 1 April 2015 at Cape Town Stadium.

Ticket prices range from R405 – R915 in Joburg and between R395 – R850 for the Cape Town show. There are also VIP ‘Hot Tickets’ available at R2450 per person, which includes  ‘best seat’ ticket in a block with great views of both the main stage and B stage, a 1D wristwatch with pouch, a laminate card and lanyard.

All fans attending the concerts that are younger than 14 years must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. There is also an age restriction on field standing tickets (Golden Circle East/West and General Admission East/West). No one under 13 years and shorter than 1.2 metres will be permitted onto the field.
