Gee Jays present their finest moments

'Snippets' is a special compilation that comprises the Gee Jays' finest and funniest material over the years.

A SPECIAL compilation of some of their finest and funniest material by the ever-popular Gee Jays kicks off the 2015 season at Tina’s Hotel in Kloof.

The Gee Jays, namely, Gary McKenzie, Grant Bell and John Didlick, will stage ‘Snippets’, a selection of songs and sketches from all their shows, on Friday 30, Saturday 31, and Sunday, 1 February.

The show will include excerpts from their first smash hit shows, ‘Not The Full Monty’, ‘The Three Tonners’ and ‘Book Club’, to their later successes, ‘Bad Moon Rising’, ‘Who’s Your Daddy’ and ‘Boep Idles’.

Expect all the old favourites from The Beatles to Roy Orbison, Michael Jackson to Elvis and Tom Jones to Robbie Wessels. They re-visit how men can multi-task. There’s some brain numbing red-neck antics and even a message from ‘The Arch’ thrown in for good measure.

The show, however, is not for the feint-hearted and does carry a health warning. Some slight pain in the cheek muscles and tummy may be experienced. Stay away if you have misplaced your sense of humour.

The show runs for three performances and is presented in a supper theatre format. Buffet supper will be served from 7pm and the show starts at 8.30pm, and on Sunday, lunch (carvery) is from 12.30pm with the show starting at 2pm.

Tickets are R195 each for the meal and show. There’s a show only option available at R120 each (no meal included). To book contact 031 764 7843.
