Her hack is really simple. She just makes use of dental floss by moving it under her acrylic nails and basically separating the acrylic nail from her natural nail until the acrylic is completely detached from her nail and falls off.

This method does not hurt, nor does it cause any damage to your natural nail.

The viral TikTok trend

The Makeup Glam TikTok page has shared their rendition of the viral acrylic removing trend which has been going around for some time.

In the video, they begin by filling a bowl with warm water, adding some dishwashing liquid to the water, and then adding some cooking oil.

They then mix the water solution well, and then putstheir fingers into the bowl for a few minutes for their nails to soak.

Once that process is done, they remove their hands from the bowl, and the acrylic nails simple pop off from their natural nails without hurting or damaging their natural nails.

Pop off method

This method is a “prevention is better than cure” method as it is implemented at the beginning stages of getting a new set of manicured nails.

Mireya has shared her pop off hack which she has tried on her boyfriend and has shared with her followers on TikTok.

In the video she explains that when she is doing a new set of nails, she starts off by putting cuticle oil on the nails. She then adds a layer of gel top coat cure, and then ends the process by adding a final layer of gel top coat.

This method makes it easy to remove your nails at anytime you may wish to get rid of them by simply popping them off without any fuss.
