Malema doubts Zuma has ever read country’s Constitution

“I don’t think he even has capacity to read this book.”-Malema

EFF leader Julius Malema says he doubts if President Jacob Zuma has ever read the country’s constitution which was approved in 1996.

Holding the book moments after the Constitutional Court ruling on the Nkandla matter on Thursday, Malema came down hard on the President, accusing him of having violated the constitution, The Citizen reported.

“I don’t think he even has capacity to read this book because had he read the book, he would not have committed the stupid mistakes he committed.

“We must all live by this book, including Parliament and all political formations because this is our bible and without it we are nothing….we would be another failed African state,” Malema said.

He said when the EFF was registered, they took a vow that they will be going to Parliament to stop corruption.

“We are going to stop corruption even in local municipalities…let us respect the institutions of the state and not individuals,” Malema said.

He added that if the ANC cared about the constition, it would do away with an individual who has violated the constitution and put South Africa first.
