Learners celebrate Valentine’s day in style
Extramural activities like dramas, poems, dance and singing were rendered by the learners to celebrate the day. A jumping castle was also ordered for the little ones to enjoy themselves on.
BURGERSFORT – Valentine’s Day came sooner for over 900 pupils of Calvin College on Friday February 12.
Pupils proved the magic is not in the day, but its celebrations. For them, it was a day of fun, play and delicious food. They also had an opportunity to show off their creativity and be crowned Mr and Miss Valentine. Principal, Ms Lorraine Britz, said the idea was to teach children to love one another and to spread love and kindness.Extramural activities like dramas, poems, dance and singing were rendered by the learners to celebrate the day.
