MANOKE – To honour the life of Nelson Mandela, Burgersfort SBV Services recently donated colouring books and crayons to children in the area.
A team from SBV visited Tubatse Primary School to deliver the books and spend some quality time with the children.
As part of its ongoing support, it will be raising funds to purchase uniforms for some of the pupils.
Its employees have also become familiar faces at the Burgersfort Community Home-based Care Centre, where they regularly donate food.
The centre is a non-profit organisation that provides services for those who are ill, as well as give support to their families.
It runs monthly support groups for TB and HIV/Aids patients, and also assists school-going orphans and vulnerable children with their homework.
“We are appealing to the Burgersfort business community to join us in assisting the school and centre in any way possible.
