Fanatics explore deeper shade of grey at preview
Guests and aficionados of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele were treated to a sneak preview of the latest movie, 50 Shades Freed.
MBOMBELA – The red carpet was rolled out for the preview of the final instalment of the 50 Shades of Grey series.
Guests dressed for the occasion, with masks and black dresses. They said they had been waiting in anticipation for this instalment. They were treated to fresh oysters and Bloody Marys to get them in the mood. The black-tie affair was well-attended, with the movie buffs dressed to the nines.
The evening was hosted by Movies @ Emnotweni. The winner of the prize sponsored by JacarandaFM, Stefnie Raath, was accompanied by her husband, Michael, on this special night out. “It is like a date night, and Grandma is watching the kids,” she laughed.

Elsabe Verwey said her daughter, Megan, is a 50 Shades “addict” and has read the books and seen the previous two movies. “Although some characters were omitted from the movie versions of the first two books, it was nice to see them. Judging by the trailer, this instalment also seems to be good,” said Megan.
