International speaker to equip entrepreneurs with skills to increase their performance

MBOMBELA – International speaker and executive director of the Global Equipping Centre, Mr David Wilkinson, will again visit the Lowveld to facilitate back-to-back events on April 14 and 15, which will be of huge interest to local business owners and the business community at large.

Firstly, the Global Equipping Centre in conjunction with the Kruger Lowveld Chamber of Business and Tourism (KLCBT) will present a business breakfast on “Why good people make bad business decisions in the Lowveld” at the Emnotweni Arena on Tuesday April 14 from 08:00 to 09:30.

The following day, Wilkinson will also facilitate a one-day workshop titled “Increasing your performance by unlocking your personality” on Wednesday April 15 from 09:00 to 17:00 at the same venue.

Business breakfast

“Why good people make bad business decisions in the Lowveld” will be the interesting and valid topic that will be eloquently explained by Wilkinson during the course of the morning.

“Many good people are taken advantage of in business. Wealthy people make good business decisions and have more in their bank accounts than they started with. I was also one of the good people who made bad business decisions.

“What I realised was that there was an overall dilemma. People make business decisions with the heart instead of protecting their business plan with their policies,” he states in an online promotional video.

One of the main aspects he will focused on is how to add value without compromising one’s character.

Focus points will range from how discounts hurt the market to the tools needed to protect one’s policies and to go beyond your business plan.
